Responsibilities
• Develop sophisticated graphics and visual collateral for
all Web projects.
• Apply knowledge to ensure that all graphics are optimized and saved correctly
for print or Web.
• Responsible for the successful delivery of advertising and electronic
graphics content on time.
• Communicate ideas and brainstorms with graphics design manager to produce
top-notch, high-quality graphics. |
Requirements
• Graduation from a reputed university with an excellent
Portfolio.
• IT Related Certifications is a plus.
• Must be able to communicate in English – written and spoken
• Must be flexible in work timings to accommodate some overlap with Canada
hours
• 1-3 years work experience in graphics with an emphasis in Web design
production
• Outstanding knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Flash
• Intermediate to advanced knowledge of DreamWeaver, CSS and HTML production
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal communication and writing skills
• Must posses strong conceptualization and production skills
• Looking for a team player who can produce pieces on deadline for multiple
clients with varying levels of direction in a fast-paced
environment.
• PC skills include Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Outlook • Familiarity with
image branding and developing logos for corporate marketing
preferred

Software Engineer .Net (1-3 years of

Qualifications Required:
• Computer Science Graduation from a reputed
university with excellent marks
• Microsoft Certified on .NET platform (will be a plus)
• Must be able to communicate in English – written and spoken
• Must be flexible in work timings to accommodate some overlap with Canada

Skills & Experience Required:
• 1- 3 years of experience in some well
reputed software Company
• Hands on experience of working with Microsoft .Net 1.1/2.0 Framework
(ASP.NET, C#, VB.NET etc.), Visual Studio 2005, SQL Server
2000/2005, XML etc. in developing Enterprise Web-based
Applications.
• Experience in Desktop application design and development
• Knowledge of Smart Client and Service oriented architecture
• Hands on experience on SOAP,XML and Webservice
• Strong SQL Server knowledge in designing and creating an efficient and
scalable database (Database Design, Stored Procedures, etc.)
Experience in design and maintenance of large databases is one of
the main requirements.
• Good skills in database and application design, data modeling, client-side
scripting etc.
• Unit testing of software modules
• Experience in UML, and must have strong concepts in OO Analysis and Design
techniques.
• Experience in full life cycle implementation of large and complex
applications
• Experience of incremental software lifecycles is an advantage.
• Work with source code control and software release systems to ensure
high-quality software releases over time
• Technical estimation of work to be performed by self and others
• Analytic and decision-making skills
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Experience and knowledge of J2EE platform will be a plus
• Analysis, development and documentation of technical requirements
• Demonstrated ability to deliver quality work under stress on time.
• Knowledge about N-Tier architectures.
• Familiarity with recognized software design methodologies.
• Ability to research and develop technical solutions from scratch
• Well versed in the latest technology resources and trends Strong capability
of understanding databases and database hierarchies
• Possess strong analytical and problem solving skills with the ability to work
independently and meet tight deadlines |
